I am passionate about guiding you and your teams so you can operate with more confidence and deliver impactful results.
I spent my 25+ year career delivering sustained impact by working with teams committed to systemic change. My experience has traversed top management consultancies, tech start-ups, global IT service businesses, a top 5 public accounting firm and the premiere leadership consulting boutique.
As a management consultant, I have worked with leaders and teams at some of the world’s top brands. As a senior talent executive inside major companies, I have led organizational and personal transformation for thousands of individuals.
Most notable was the business transformation I led at a top professional services firm where, over three years, the firm scaled from 5000 to 8000 employees, voluntary attrition dropped from the high 20s to the low teens, and talent attraction close rates climbed from 62% to 82%. In 2016, while I was the Chief People & Culture Officer, the revenue growth rate of the firm surpassed its four larger competitors and earnings reached an all-time high. In 2017, the firm and I were recognized as a Top 100 Companies for HR Practices.
She was a C-suite leader, she coached C-suite leaders, and inspired, engaged and transformed teams and companies at the highest level. You won’t find many who can make that claim.
Now, at the peak of her career, she has created a plan to scale, evolve and transform other companies through organizational design and culture invigoration.
